摘要
应用高灵敏、高特异放射免疫测定方法,观察了159名正常人的血浆和尿心钠素样物质。结果表明:FE_(ANF)与年龄呈正相关(P<0.01),24h内生肌酐清除率随年龄增长而降低(P<0.05),尿心钠素样物质含量与24 h内生肌酐清除率呈负相关(P<0.05)。此外老年组与中青年组FE_ANF有显著性差异(P<0.001)。
We measured the plasma and urine concentration of the ANF-like material in 159 nor- mal subjects with a highly sensitive and specific radioimmunoassay. The results showed that there was a positive correlation between FE_(ANF) and age (P<0. 01 ), and the endogenous cre- atinine clearance rate in 24 hours decreasesed with aging, The urine ANF-like material level increased while the endogenous creatinine clearance rate decreased. In addition, there was a significant difference between elderly group and young group.
