摘要
对云南松泌脂日节律进行了研究 ,结果表明 :9:0 0打孔 ,打孔后头 4h泌脂量最大 ,为 1.0 1mL。此后4h内泌脂量显著下降 ,仅为 0 .3 6mL ,不足前者的一半。不同时段泌脂量测定结果表明 :13 :0 0~ 17:0 0达到当日泌脂高峰 ,每 4h泌脂量为 0 .60mL。泌脂量与环境温度、光照强度呈正相关。一天内泌脂量随环境温度的升高和光照强度的增加而增大。

The result showed that the resin exuding of Yunnan pi ne tree went up with the increase of illumination intensity and temperature of e nvironment. Bored at 9:00 AM, the resin exuding reached to maximum (1.01 mL) at the first four hours after bored, and the resin exuding decreased to less than the half of the former (0.36 mL) at the following four hours. The results of re sin exuding at different periods of time indicated that the resin exuding reache d to maximum at 0.60 mL per four hours from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
