A Method of Pattern Classification Based on Rough Set and Neighborhood Covering Algorithm

1.引言 模式分类是模式识别和人工智能研究最基本也是最重要的课题之一.现实世界事物纷繁复杂,尤其是海量数据库、互联网出现,这些信息的处理加工,对分类的要求更加迫切.

In this paper, the advantages and disadvantages of Rough Set and Neighborhood Covering Algorithm (NCA)are analyzed. A classification method which combines Rough Set and NCA is pointed out. And then, the reasonableness, feasibility and necessity of the method are demonstrated. The recognition of wireless communication signals is given as an example to show that the method can be used practically.
