An Ontology Evolution and Maintenance Model in Web Environment

摘要 1.引言 信息时代即将跨入知识Web的今天,知识的机器可处理性已经成为未来网络发展的主要目标之一.随着语义Web概念的提出,网络信息的语义也将会成为机器进行数据处理的重要依据. With the rapid development of Internet, Knowledge Web will be one of the most important development directions of the next generation of Internet. The applications of ontology will bring new opportunities and challenges to it. In this paper, we propose an ontology evolution and maintenance model in the Web environment to solve the conflicts and inconsistencies between domain ontologies and knowledge caused by the changes of the knowledge sources in the Web environment by extracting and analyzing the meta-data of the data sources.
