摘要
本文研究贝氏体含量与贝氏体-马氏体(B/M)混合组织力学性能的关系。研究了工艺参数对混合组织强韧性的影响。实验得知,低温回火态的B/M混合组织中含有20~40%下贝氏体时的最佳强韧性。最佳淬火温度是900℃。采用80~100℃的热油淬火可以防止淬裂。
This paper deals with the study of the relationship between the quantities of bainite and mechanical properties of B/M dual-phase structures. The effects of technological factors on strength and toughness were studied. The results of experiment showed that an optimum strengthening and toughening properties are obtained when 20~40% lower bainite is retained in the dual-phase structure at low temperature tempered state. 900℃ is the best austenitizing temperature for hardening. The quenching cracking may be prevented by using 80~100℃ hot oil as the quenching medium.
