灰色系统理论在企业并购风险识别中的应用

Application of grey system theory in M&A risk decision

介绍了一种灰色识别法。将灰色系统理论中的灰关联分析方法引入到企业并购风险模式识别中,依据专家评判得出的各种并购风险因素重要度,对企业并购中各种并购模式风险大小的可能性做出了准确的判断。通过与模糊综合评判法进行对比,结果表明灰关联分析法在企业并购风险识别中是有效可行的。

Grey identification method is introduced. Grey relation analysis is applied in model identification of M&A( merger and acquisi-tion) risk.In accordance with importance degree of risk actor, possibility of risk modei is judged correctly in M&A assessment. Comparing with the fuzzy synthetic judgement method, this kind of method is proved to be valid and practicable in the judgement of M&A risk.
