摘要
介绍了香港地铁辅助变流器控制单元的设计目标、硬件构成、工作原理,着重说明了系统内部关键插件数字输入输出、模拟输入输出、逆变控制的功能,详细阐述了由TMS320C31+80C196KC双CPU构成的控制单元核心部件即逆变控制板的硬件结构、具体组成,同时简要介绍了控制单元与地面故障处理软件相结合所构成的状态数据实时显示、故障数据记录存储、可视化分析等功能模块。现场实际运行表明该系统设计合理、工作可靠,达到了用户的要求。
The design objects, hardware configurations and the working principle of auxiliary converter control system are presented.Emphasis is put on the functions of critical cards like the digital I/O, analog I/O and inverting control. Hardware structure and configurationsof the control unit, i.e. the inverting board, composed of dual CPUs of TMS320C31 and 80C196KC, are expounded. Functional modules areintroduced in brief, like the real-time display of status data, record & store of failure data along with visualization analysis. Field operationshows that the system features rational design and reliable work, fully in line with the customer’s requirement.
