中西医结合治疗急性动脉硬化性脑梗死40例总结

A Summary on 40 Cases of Acute Arteriosclerotic Cerebral Infarction Treated with the Therapy of the Combination of TCM and Western Medicine

目的 :观察中西医结合治疗急性动脉硬化性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法 :治疗组 4 0例在西药常规治疗基础上加中药补阳还五汤治疗 ,对照组 32例单用西药治疗。结果 :两组愈显率比较 ,治疗组明显优于对照组 ,P <0 .0 1。治疗组治疗前后肌力、语言表达、综合功能及血液流变学检测均优于对照组 ,P <0 .0 1。结论

Objective:To observe the clinical effection for the therapy of the combination of TCM and western medicine in treating acute arteriosclerotic cerebral infarction.Method:40 cases were treated with routine chemical drugs combined with Buyang Huanwu decoction in the treatment group and 32 cases treated only by chemical drugs in the comtrol group.Results:The effectual healing rate in the treatment group was superior to that in the control group( P<0.01 ).Myodynamia,verbal express,synthetic function and blood rheology detetion in the treatment group after treatment were superior to that in the control group( P<0.01 ).Conclusion:The clinical effection of the conbination of TCM and western medicine for treating acute arteriosclerotic cerebral infarction was superior to chemical drugs.
