摘要
为研究中药汉防己甲素单独及联合阿苯达唑用药对小鼠继发性细粒棘球蚴的抑制作用 ,探讨其作用的机制及寻找药物治疗细粒棘球蚴病的新途径。将动物体内实验分成 5组 :阿苯达唑组、汉防己甲素组、汉防己甲素 +阿苯达唑组、对照组和空白组。对小鼠继发性细粒棘球蚴病药物治疗 90d后 ,检测各组小鼠棘球蚴囊湿重、血清IL 2 ,IL 4,IL 12和IgE的含量 ;实验结果显示汉防己甲素单独及联合阿苯达唑均有明显的抑制小鼠棘球蚴生长的作用 (抑囊率分别为 47. 96% ,64 . 86%和 83 . 14 % ) ,其中联合用药明显优于单独用药 (P <0 . 0 5 )。各治疗组中小鼠血清IL 2 ,IL 4,IL 12 ,IgE含量与对照组比较有显著性差异 (P <0 . 0 5 )。因此 ,汉防己甲素和阿苯达唑对小鼠棘球蚴生长均有一定的抑制作用 ,与阿苯达唑联合治疗效果更佳 ,这可能与汉防己甲素可逆转阿苯达唑的抗药性及提高小鼠机体的免疫力有关。联合用药是提高阿苯达唑驱虫效果的有效途径之一。
To study the inhibitory effect and the mechanism of Tetrandrine(Tet) from Chinese herbs and Albendazole (ABZ) on growth inhibition of Echinococcus granulosus (E.g) in mice, the animal experiments were divided into different groups, included single Tet, Tet combined with ABZ,single ABZ, control and blank group. After being treated for 90 days, the mice were taken the blood by post-eyeball and dissected. Such indexes as hydatid cyst wet weight, inhibition rate, the levels of IL-2, IL-4, IL-12 and IgE were used to judge the treatment effects of the drugs on E.g. The results in vivo showed that Tet alone, ABZ alone and Tet combined with ABZ had obviously inhibitory effect on growth of hydatid cyst (inhibition rates were 47.96%, 64.86% and 83.14% respectively). The levels of IL-2 and IL-12 in sera of treated groups were higher than those of control group (P<0.05). Whereas the levels of IL-4 and IgE in sera were lower than those of control group (P<0.05), Tet and ABZ had inhibitory effect on growth of hydatid cyst. Especially, the combination therapy of the two drugs on E.g has strong inhibitive action. Tet may enhance Albendazole effect on E.g.
