细粒棘球绦虫成虫的单克隆抗体制备

摘要 为建立抗细粒棘球绦虫成虫的单克隆抗体细胞株 ,采用经口感染狗肠壁上寄生的成虫制备抗原免疫BALB/c小鼠脾细胞与骨髓瘤sp2 / 0进行细胞融合。结果显示经筛选克隆后建立了一株分泌抗成虫单克隆抗体的杂交瘤细胞株 ,命名为 2G5E8F4E4。腹水的抗体效价为 1∶12 80 0。初步建立了分泌抗细粒棘球绦虫成虫的单克隆抗体杂交瘤细胞株。 To establish a cell strain of monoclonal antibody against adult worm of Echinococcus granulosus, spleen cells collected from BALB/c mice immunized with the antigen of adult worm of Echinococcus granulosus were fused with murine sp2/0 myeloma cells. After screening and sub-cloning a cell strain of monoclonal antibody against adult worm of Echinococcus granulosus was established and designated as 2G 5E 8F 4.The ascetic titer of the antibody is 1∶12 800. The cell strain of monoclonal antibody against adult worm of Echinococcus granulosus was established.
