卫校学生抑郁状况与SCL-90评定的调查

A SURVEY ON DEPRESSION AND SCL-90 RESULTS OF STUDENTS IN NURSE T ECHNICAL SCHOOL

目的 :了解某卫校学生的抑郁状态与其它心理状况。方法 :采用流调用抑郁量表 (CES-D)对 2 2 8名卫生学校进行调查 ,再对有抑郁倾向的学生进行 90项症状自评量表 (SCL -90 )调查和分析。结果 :61.8%的学生有抑郁倾向 ,男女间差异无显著性 (P<0 .0 5) ,其它心理状况 ,卫校明显高于常模。结论 :卫校学生抑郁及其它心理卫生问题都较严重 。

Objective:To investigate the depression and othe r mental state of stu dents in nurse technical school Methods:A to tal of 1100 medical st udents completed the CES-D scale,then the SCL-90 scale was administrated by the stude nts who are depression tendential Results:The rate of depressio n tendency was 61 8% The difference between male and female student was not obvious But the SCL-90 results of nu rse technical school was worse than chinese norm Conclusion:The nurse technical students need more help to improve their mental health
