以鱼类肾细胞为材料,对丰鲤的染色体组型进行了研究.结果表明,丰鲤的染色体数为2n=100,NF=78,核型公式为:22m+34sm+22st+22t.
The experiment was to study the karyotype of Feng carp with kidney ceils. The results showed that the chromosome number of Feng carp is 2n = 100, nF=78, and the karyotype formula is 22 m + 34 Sm + 22 st+22 t.
