在老爷庙原油稳定过程中,油气管线和回流泵等设备受到了严重腐蚀,经对原油、轻油、分离器污水、缓冲罐污水采样分析,现发现油品酸值较低,而水样中Cl^-含量高达67~127g/L,腐蚀主要由Cl^-所引起。建议查找和消除Cl^-的来源,或采取注碱和注缓蚀剂措施予以缓解。
The oil vapor pipelines and reflux pumps etc suffer from serious corrosion in the stabilization process of Laoyemiao Crude. The analysis of the crude oil, light oil, waster water from the separator and surge tank have found that the culprits are the low acid value in the oil product and high Cl- (as high as 67 - 127 g/L) in crude oil. The corrosion can be mitigated by eliminating the Cl- sources or by injection of caustic and corrosion inhibitors.
