经过对各现场单闸板闸阀内漏情况的调查,对其阀体铸件所存在问题及对单闸板闸阀结构形式的讨论,初步对其内漏的客观情况进行了分析。建议提高阀体铸件的制造精度同时要在以后的装置设计过程中要对该种类阀门应根据具体情况有选择的使用。

Based upon the information from the investigation of the internal leakage of single - disc gate valves at different installations, the existing problems of the cast components and the construction of the single- disc gate valves are discussed, and the leaking conditions are analyzed. It is suggested that the fabrication precision of the cast components of the valve body be improved and the valve be selected based upon the service conditions.
