摘要
介绍了管件受冲蚀磨损的外观形貌、冲蚀的分类及其作用原理,指出了目前关于管件冲蚀研究存在的问题,通过列表进行优缺点比较说明了有限元分析研究的必要性,并提出了有限元分析研究12个方面的内容,最后还概括了8条有关冲蚀的治理措施。
The erosion appearance, the erosion classification and erosion mechanisms of the pipe fittings are described. The existing problems of the research on the pipe fitting erosion are pointed out. The comparison has shown the necessity of the finite element analysis. 12 items for finite element analysis are suggested and 8 measures for erosion prevention are presented.
