在循环水加药化学处理的基础上,胜利油田石油化工总厂物料泄漏严重的水冷却器辅以牺牲锌合金阳极电化学保护,两年的运行表明:上述方法能有效抑制水冷却器腐蚀穿孔,节约了设备的维护费用,每年可取得约十万元的经济效益。
The electro - chemical protection with sacrificing zinc alloy anodes is provided for the water coolers with serious leaks in addition to the injection of chemicals in the cooling water. The two years' operation shows that it has effectively controlled the corrosion failure and saved the equipment maintenance costs of hundreds of thousand yuan each year.
