摘要
通过分析原油储罐罐底的腐蚀机理,阐述了设计选用阴极保护的必要性。重点介绍了武汉石油化工厂新建50000m^3外浮顶原油储罐罐底的阴极保护设计方案,其罐底内壁采用铝合金阳极(设计寿命15年),罐底外壁采用带状镁阳极(设计寿命10年)。目前国内油罐罐底已有采用涂料外加电流阴极保护的实例,其设计寿命可达40年。
The necessity of the selection of cathodic protection in the design is described based upon the analysis of the corrosion mechanisms of the bottom plates of crude oil tank. The design of cathodic protection, which features aluminum alloy anode (15 years of design service life) for the tank bottom plates and stripe magnesium alloy anode (10 years of design service life) for the wall plates) for the 50,000 m3 crude oil external floating - roof tank in Wuhan Petrochemical Plant is introduced. When the coating plus applied current cathodic protection has been applied in the bottom plates of the domestic oil tanks, the design service life is as long as 40 years.
