摘要
通过对软化水水质及腐蚀产物进行分析,论述了软化水的腐蚀机理,指出水中的溶解氧和氯离子是造成腐蚀的主要原因。同时,pH值、温度、流速和盐浓度均可影响腐蚀速率。选用先进的除氧除盐设备,合理的流速设计和选用12Cr2AlMo,Cr5Mo等耐蚀材料可有效控制软化水系统的腐蚀。
The corrosion of demineralized water is discussed through the analysis of the quality of demineralized water and corrosion products. It is concluded that the dissolved oxygen and chlorine ions are the major culprits. pH, temperature, velocity and salt concentration also affect the corrosion rate. The selection of appropriate deaeration and de - salting equipment and proper design of the velocity and selection of corrosion - resistant materials like 12Cr2AlMo and Cr5Mo etc can effectively control the corrosion.
