摘要
运用板块模型讨论了零件的几何要素对渗氮变形的一般影响。板块模型可看作被"展开"了的渗氮零件。计算出模型各向截面的比厚后,观察各比厚的大小及差别,即可进行零件渗氮变形的定性或半定量预测。作者认为,用板块模型法可统一对各种渗氮变形现象的认识。
The general influence of the geom(?)trical parameters on the distortion of nitrided parts was discussed by means of a plate model. The plate model may be taken as an unfolded nitrided parts. By calculating the specific thi(?)kness (Tr) of its sectrons in each direction and maki(?)g a comparison among them, the qualitative or semi-quantitative estimation of distortion of the nitrided parts may be carried out. The author thinks that the knowledge of various dist(?)rtion phenomena of nitrided parts can be integrated by the method of plate model.
