摘要
介绍了双柱塞砂浆泵的工作原理,通过对采用摆动滚子从动件的凸轮机构的双柱塞砂浆泵的工作凸轮机构和补偿凸轮机构进行运动学分析,建立了砂浆泵运动机构的仿真模型,用Matlab软件进行了仿真分析,进一步验证了运动学分析模型的正确性。
This paper describes working principle of double--piston mortar pump with swing
rolls. A simulation model of the pump is established by kinematic analysis of its cam mecha-
nism. After simulated in the Matlab environment, the model proved to be verified.
