基于固有应变的机车顶盖焊接变形的预测

Deformation prediction of locomotive coping welding structure based on in herent strain

摘要 根据焊接材料固有应变的变化规律,通过简化焊接结构,用弹性板单元有限元法,对复杂铝合金机车车顶盖的部分结构的焊接变形进行了预测。研究表明,该方法对复杂焊接结构的焊后变形预测是可以实现的。 On the base of the principle of inherent strain,this paper predicts the deformation of the alu minum al-loy coping of the locomotive with the FEM of elastic shell element by simplifying welding model.The study indi cates that the method can predict the deformation of complex welding strucutre.
