摘要
仅用某一种模式识别法对人体染色体分类不能充分利用它的特征信息,因此本文较为详细地介绍了人体染色体的统计识别法,并简要介绍了人体染色体的最小距离聚类分析法、专家系统识别法和句法识别法。综合应用上述方法建立的识别系统给出了满意的实验结果。
Classification of the Human Chromosome with only one type of methods cannot make full use of its characteristics. So in this thesis, the statistical pattern recognition is introduced in detail. The minimum distance analysis, the expert system and syntactical recognition method are described in brief. Satisfactory experimental results are also given in the text.
