摘要
本文将零延迟波数谱分析(最大似然MLM估计方法)用于人体体表阵列心电信号传播方向特征的提取,实例计算初步证明它能显著地区别正常人与陈旧性心肌梗塞病人之间的差异。与常规体表等电位图方法相比,具有数据压缩、信息集中、分析方便等优点。
This paper uses the zero-delay wavenumber spectrum analysis method to the human's body surface array cardiac electrical signals for extracting the character of the wave propagation direction. Realistic calculation examples show that it can identify dominantly the difference between the normal subject and the subject with old myocardial infarction. This method is better in respect of the concentration of the necessary information and the convenience of analysis than the usual BSPM (body surface potential mapping)direct analysis method.
