基于FSS覆层的高增益稀疏阵列天线设计

摘要 设计了一种基于FSS覆层的高增益EBG谐振天线。设计了一种在预定频段内谐振的FSS单元,作为覆层加载到微带贴片天线上方。仿真结果显示,在5GHz频点,加载覆层的天线增益为11.43dB。接着,还研究了FSS覆层在稀疏阵列中的应用,在这个结构中,采用一个2×2的阵元间距较大的天线阵作为馈源。对该结构进行加工和测试,结果显示天线阵增益为18.54dB。同时,阵列在E面和H面的副瓣分别为-9.17dB和-12.04dB,避免了栅瓣的产生。 An EBG resonator antenna based on FSS superstrate layer is presented. The FSS structure has been designed to resonate in pre-determined frequency bands,and used as a superstrate layer of microstrip patch antenna. Simulation gain of 11. 43 dB is achieved at 5GHz. Then the application of the FSS layer in sparse array also has been studied. In this configuration,a 2 × 2 antenna array with large distance between radiating elements has been used as a primary feed. The structure has been fabricated and measured. The result shows a 18. 54 dB gain of the composite antenna. The proposed configuration also provides a- 9. 17 dB and a- 12. 04 dB side-lobe level in E-and H-plane respectively,and avoid the appearance of grating lobes.
