摘要 现代雷达系统正朝着小型化和多功能的方向发展,作为宽带相控阵雷达系统最重要的部件之一,延迟线组件进一步的发展有助于实现收发模块中的瞬时宽带技术。本文提出了一款工作在Ka波段的基于LTCC技术的6路开关延迟线组件,每路延迟线单元由延迟线支路和等损耗直通支路组成,通过驱动电路控制MMIC单刀双掷开关选择通路,可产生最小1λ,最大63λ的延迟量,步进为1λ。延迟支路选用了Ferro A6-M材料,延迟信号通过曲折带状线结构,可以实现组件小型化的同时显著减小色散特性。等损耗支路选用了陶瓷基片。最终实测延迟组件体积仅为84×47×15mm3,并且有优良的驻波系数。 miniaturization and multifunction are the direction of the modern radar system. As the important technology of the broadband phased-array radar system, the technology of achieving instantaneous wideband needs further true time delay lines in the transmit-receive module. This paper put forward a delay line module working in Ka-band based on LTCC technology. Each delay line is composed by delay branch and equal loss branch, all delay line unit after cascade in sequence, through driving circuit control MMIC single-pole double throw switch path choice, can produce a minimum 1λ, step 1λ, the maximum 63λ time delay. Delay branch selected the material of Ferro A6-M, signal through the strip-line can realize components miniaturization and reduce the dispersion characteristics. Equal loss branch select the ceramic substrate. The final volume of the measured delay-line component is 84×47×15 mm3, and has excellent VSWR.
