基于复合左右手传输线的均衡器设计

摘要 本文提出一种新型微带结构的均衡器,该均衡器采用微带线作为主传输线,复合左右手传输线结构的谐振器加载电阻构成新型陷波单元。多个陷波单元级联构成新型均衡器,通过HFSS仿真优化,插损为0.8d B,均衡量达到23.5d B,回波损耗大于11.3d B,验证了该结构的可行性。采用该结构设计的均衡器体积为22.7mm×28mm×5mm,与传统枝节型均衡器相比,具有均衡量大,插损小,体积小的优点。 In this paper, a novel compact microstrip equalizer is presented. Compared to the conventional equalizer, the size(22.7mm×28mm×5mm) is great reduced in this design, especially in the low frequency. The structure consists of the microstrip as the main transmission line and several composite right/left-handed resonators loaded resistors. The simulation results show that the equalizer has good results with the insertion loss less than 1d B, maximal equalized value about 23.5d B, input and output return loss better than 11.3d B in the major working frequency band. This compact structure realizes the device's miniaturization,and has higher maximal equalized value and lower insertion loss when compared to the traditional equalizer.
