摘要
本文提出了一种新型的X波段宽带功率合成网络,结合了T型波导、波导到微带的双探针过渡结构以及微带威尔金森结构。通过HFSS仿真,得到在8-12GHz范围内,该合成网络的八路的幅度差小于0.2d B,回波损耗小于-19d B,背靠背插损小于0.35d B,合成效率大于92%。该合成网络结合了波导T型结和微带威尔金森的优点,频带宽、插损低、隔离度高且能直接与功放模块相连。
In this paper,a new power combiner of X wide-band,which is based on T-junction waveguide,waveguide-to-microstrip double probes and wilkinson microstrip technology, is presented.By simulating the combiner using HFSS,it shows that the amplitude imbalance of the combiner is lower than 0.2d B,the return loss is lower than-19 d B,the back-to-back insertion loss is lower than 0.35 d B and combined efficiency is better than 92% in the frequency range of 8-12 GHz.The combiner shows the advantages of both T-junction waveguide and Wilkinson technology such as wide band,low insertion loss,high isolation and integrating with the power amplifier modules directly.
