摘要 交叉耦合型阶跃阻抗滤波器以阶跃阻抗谐振器(SIR)作为基本谐振单元,不仅具有小体积、易集成、带外抑制度高等特点,而且因为耦合谐振在阻带引入了有限传输零点,提高了过渡带陡度,增加了滤波器的选择性。文章介绍了交叉耦合SIR带通滤波器的基本理论和设计方法,并在理论基础上结合HFSS软件设计了一个X波段交叉耦合型SIR带通滤波器。通过给出仿真结果,验证了交叉耦合型SIR带通滤波器的性能优点和小型化优势。 The cross-coupled stepped impedance resonator filter using stepped impedance resonator(SIR) as resonator element, not only has advantages of small size, integrality and high rejection in stop band, but also produces finite transmission zeros in stop band caused by coupled resonance, and increases the steepness of transition zone and the selectivity of filter. Firstly the basic theory and design method of cross-coupled SIR band-pass microstrip filter were introduced. Then a X-band cross-coupled SIR band-pass microstrip filter was designed using HFSS software based on the basic theory. Finally the simulation results were given to verify the performance advantages and miniaturization of cross-coupled SIR band-pass microstrip filter.
