摘要 本文使用了高矩形比的石榴石材料,采取了新颖的匹配方式,实现了一种较高功率容量的锁式非互易移相器,在30%带宽范围内指标达到VSWR<1.5,IL<1.0d B,最大相移>420o。这类宽带匹配的设计思路可以广泛用于无源相控阵雷达及子阵有源相控阵雷达体系。 This article introduced a kind of latching non-reciprocal phase-shifter using a YIG Material with high rectangular ratio, and a new matching method. It can achieve such performances as VSWR<1.5,IL<1.0d B,ΔΦmax>420。Such broad band matching method can be widely applied in passive phase array radar systems and sub-array active phase array radar systems.
