摘要
微带线滤波器在微波技术领域有很重要的应用,本文通过理论计算得到平行耦合微带线滤波器的初始参数。利用三维电磁仿真软件HFSS对单个滤波器参数进行优化仿真,按照优化后的参数对滤波器进行实物加工、测试,测试结果与HFSS仿真结果相吻合。根据仿真优化时不同参数对滤波器性能的影响规律得到便捷、可靠的平行耦合微带线滤波器的设计方法。
Microstrip filters have important applications in microwave engineering fields, a parallel coupled microstrip filter was designed and fabricated in this work. The original parameters of this filter was estimated by theoretical calculation, the final parameters were obtained with the assistance of HFSS. A physical filter was fabricated with simulation parameters, the test results agreed well with simulation results. Synthesizing the design progress, a new design method of parallel coupled microstrip filter was found.
