摘要 本文通过三维全波仿真分析法,采用等效的K变换器网络,介绍了一种E面鳍线滤波器的设计方法,并利用该方法实现了W频段的6阶带通滤波器。该滤波器工作中心频率是94.5GHz,1d B带宽是2.5GHz,带内插损小于4.5d B。该鳍线滤波器已成功应用于W波段二次变频组件中,对接收支路的镜频和发射支路的带外杂波起到了较好的抑制。 Based on the K-inverters network, This paper presents a novel E plane fin-line filter by using 3D full-wave simulation technology. An experimental 6-pole band pass filter(BPF) operating at W-Band has been fabricated and measured. The insertion loss of the filter is less than 4.5d B and 1d B bandwidth is about 2.5GHz at the center frequency 94.5GHz. This filter response is expected to enough for W-Band double-convertion module in order to achieve high suppression of image frequency in the receiver and sharp out-of-band in the transmitter.
