摘要
过模RBWO由于其高功率容量的优点而得到越来越多的应用。但是,过模RBWO的SWS两端同时包含有多个TM0n模式,为实现对过模SWS两端的反射器的设计,需明确TM0n的模式成分。国防科大已就O型Cerenkov高功率微波振荡器的输出模式成分分析进行了详细的研究,但是对于有电子束存在的区域,必须考虑电子束对模式成分的影响。本文在前人工作的基础上推导了含电子束的色散方程,并借此对一个X波段过模RBWO的热腔模式成分进行了初步研究。
Overmoded RBWO is utilized more and more often for its high power capacity. However, the both sides of SWS of overmoded RBWO consist multi TM0 n modes, in order to achieve the design of reflector, it's essential to make clear of the mode composition of TM0 n. NUDT had done research of the mode composition in overmoded O-type Cerenkov HPM Oscillators in detail, but in the area electron beam exists, the influence of electron beam must be taken account of. Hot-cavity dispersion equation is figured out in this article first, and then analyzes the hot-cavity mode composition of an X-band overmoded RBWO tentatively.
