摘要
理论分析了影响相对论速调管(RKA)输出带宽的相关因素,同时采用粒子模拟程序分析了RKA输出带宽随电子束导流系数,电子束尺寸,中间腔及输出腔参数的关系。理论分析研究表明,输出频宽主要与输出腔入口处调制电流以及输出腔Q值有关。模拟中器件稳定工作的参数范围内,随着器件导流系数和输出腔谐振频率对输出带宽有一定影响;中间腔谐振频率接近注入微波最佳工作频率时,频宽有最大值;电子束尺寸,中间腔以及输出腔渡越角对输出频宽影响较小。
The relevant facts to bandwidth of relativistic klystron amplifier(RKA) are analyzed in this paper. The RKA is simulated by PIC to analysis the bandwidth relevant to perveance, the size of electron beam, the parameters of the cavity. It found that bandwidth is mainly relativity to the modulation current and the Q of the output cavity. The result of the simulation shows that the bandwidth is change with the voltage, current, the size of output cavity. And it has the maximum bandwidth as frequency of the middle cavity is the same with the best input frequency. The size of the electron beam has no effect on bandwidth.
