摘要 太赫兹连续波功率校准技术是标定太赫兹源实际功率的一种技术。该文阐述了太赫兹连续波功率校准的基本原理,通过对该校准技术的特性进行分析,给出了一种太赫兹连续波校准的方法。太赫兹连续波功率校准系统通过关键器件热敏感绝对功率探测系统来实现。该文重点研究了热敏感绝对功率探测系统的工作原理,对标准辐射源功率不确定性进行了分析,为太赫兹连续波功率校准技术的研究提供了理论依据。 The technique of power calibration of the THz continuous wave is a technique to calibrate the actual power of the THz source. In this paper, the principle of the technique of power calibration of the THz continuous wave is described, and a method of power calibration of the THz continuous wave is given, through the analyse of the characteristic of the technique of power calibration. The system of the power calibration of the THz continuous wave is implemented by the key element-the system of the heat-sensitive absolute power detection.In this paper, the principle of the system of the heat-sensitive absolute power detection is mainly studies, the indeterminacy of the power of the standard radiate sourcee is analysed, the theory evidence is provided for the study of the technique of power calibration of the THz continuous wave.
