摘要
本文主要介绍了几种发展较为迅速的太赫兹波段吸收材料——超材料吸波体、碳系材料、超薄金属、半导体材料等对太赫兹波的吸收情况,并展望了太赫兹波段吸收材料的发展趋势及应用前景。
An introduction to the state of some terahertz(THz) absorber materials such as mate-materials absorber, carbon materials, extra-thin metals and semiconductor materials is presented. The developments of terahertz absorber materials are analyzed as well as its applications, based on which, the latest progresses and developing trends are expected.
