摘要
通过化学浸渍沉积技术对活性炭进行了磁性金属负载处理,制备了一种新型复合微波吸收剂。该吸波剂在8~18GHz频率范围表现出良好的吸波特性。通过等压氮吸附、扫描电镜等分析了活性炭表面金属颗粒形貌,发现金属颗粒大部分以纳米尺度的粒子存在;并通过对负载前后吸波剂孔径和电磁参数比较研究,认为活性炭较大的表面积是吸波剂的电磁特性得以改善的主要原因,
Through chemical impregnation deposition of magnetic metal solution,a new microwave absorption- activated carbon/magnetic metal hybrid was preparation. Constant pressure nitrogen adsorption, scanning electron microscope(SEM) were used to analysis the morphology of the activated carbon/metal particles hybrid, which indicated that most of metal particles exist as the nano scale particles. Through a comparative research of the surface and electromagnetic parameters to the load before and after loading absorbing agent, a resultant was found that activated carbon external surface area is the main reason for the improved electromagnetic wave absorbing performance.
