摘要
本文针对某基于FPGA的电机控制系统,分析了高速电路板中连接器的信号完整性问题和主要影响因素,仿真计算该系统中连接器的S参数并转为电路模型,研究了连接器对系统的信号完整性问题产生的影响。使用传统的阻抗匹配法改善连接器的传输特性。减小FPGA中驱动板的工作电流,对连接器输入信号降速,实现连接器信号传输性能的优化。仿真结果表明:对连接器的输入信号降速,可以改善电机控制系统中连接器的传输特性,完成高低速系统间连接器的传输特性分析。
In this paper, focusing on the motor control system based on FPGA, the signal integrity problems of the connector in the high-speed circuit board is analyzed and so is the factors affecting the signal integrity problems, simulate the S-parameters of the connector in this system and turn into the circuit simulation model, study the effects on the connector to high-speed system. Use the traditional method of impedance matching to improve transmission properties of the connector. Reduce the working current of driver board in the FPGA and complete optimizing transmission properties of the connector. It turns out that it works out when reducing the speed of the input signal to the connector to improve the transmission properties of the connector in the high-speed circuit board and completing the analysis of transmission properties of the connector between high and low speed system.
