摘要
针对卫星通信对终端相控阵天线的要求,设计了低剖面、圆极化、宽波束、收发共用的相控阵天线单元,并分析了19个天线单元组成的阵列在收发频段的实际增益、轴比和工作效率。仿真结果表明,在1.98GHz-2.01GHz的发射频段和2.17GHz-2.2GHz的接收频段,天线单元的轴比小于3d B,阵中3d B波束宽度接近120°;天阵列扫描到60°时,其实际增益与不扫描时相比下降了3d B左右,效率高于85%,在0-60°的扫面范围内,天线阵列的轴比小于6d B。
To satisify the need of the satellite communication system to the phased array antenna, this paper proposed a low profile circular polarized wide beamwidth transmitting-receiving sharing phased array antenna element, and presented the reallized Gain, axial ratio, and efficiency of an array composed of 19 antenna elements. The simulation results show that at the transmitting frequency of 1.98GHz-2.01 GHz, and the receiving frequency of 2.17GHz-2.2GHz, the antenna element's axial ratio is less than 3d B, its 3d B beamwidth in array is about 120°. When the scan angle is 60°,the phased array antenna's reallized Gain declined about 3d B, its efficiency is more than 85%, and its axial ratio is less than 6d B.
