摘要
鉴于二维频域有限差分方法具有较好的应用灵活性,将该算法扩展到传输线特性阻抗的计算中。在应用二维频域有限差分方法计算传输线特性阻抗过程中,一般通过使用线性插值技术提高计算精度。然而,线性插值技术虽然简单,但是精度仍然不够理想。因此,提出了一种以波方程的解为插值函数的场插值技术。该插值技术使用连续函数作为插值函数,比线性插值技术更加精确。使用新插值技术对典型传输线进行了计算,与商用软件仿真的数据相比较,两者一致性较好。
The 2D finite difference frequency domain was extended to calculate the characteristic impedance of transmission lines. In order to improve calculation accuracy,a novel method of field interpolation is proposed for the computation of characteristic impedance in 2D finite difference frequency domain. Because the interpolation function is continuous,the novel interpolation method is more accurate than linear interpolation algorithm. The novel method has been verified by examining the computed results of two typical transmission lines with the data of commercial software simulation,a very good agreement is achieved.
