摘要
本文针对太赫兹辐射功率的测试需求,阐述了基于光子学的太赫兹辐射功率测试技术,详述了太赫兹功率测试的应用价值。通过研究太赫兹功率非相干测试技术的国内外发展现状,分析了基于辐射热测量的测试技术、基于热膨胀的测试技术、基于热释电效应的测试技术和基于seebeck效应的测试技术在太赫兹功率测试中的应用,并进行了优缺点对比分析。研究结果可以促进太赫兹功率测试的基础研究、开发研究和产业化的发展,最后展望了太赫兹功率非相干测试技术的发展前景。
This paper expatiates terahertz power measurement technology and application aim at the requirement of terahertz power measurement. The domestic and foreign development present situations of terahertz power incoherent measurement technology are summarized. The applications of terahertz power measurement technology based on Bolometer, thermal expansion, pyroelectric effect, seebeck effect are analyzed respectively. The advantages and disadvantages of these terahertz power incoherent measurement technologies are reviewed. The research results can promote the progress of fundamental research, developmental research and industrialization. Ultimately, this paper prospects the future development of terahertz power incoherent measurement technology.
