具有双电光分子的聚合物型太赫兹波探测器件

摘要 与传统的无机晶体材料相比,电光聚合物材料具有更高的电光系数,并且没有声子吸收问题,由此构成的太赫兹波探测器件具有更高的效率和带宽。但是侧基型和主客体型的电光聚合物具有电光系数偏低和相分离问题,这些缺点限制了这类材料的应用。具有双电光分子的聚合物材料可以克服上述问题,利用这种材料构成共面插指结构的太赫兹波探测器件效率可提高80%,带宽可扩展到9THz,并且器件具有良好的稳定性。 Compared with inorganic crystal, Electro-optic(EO) polymers have fine EO coefficient and no phonon absorption. Terahertz wave detecting devices made of EO polymers possess higher detecting efficiency and lager bandwidth. However, the applications of EO polymers, both side-chain ones and host-guest ones, are limited because of the low EO coefficient and phase separation. Till now, the problem can be solved by the utilization of polymers with double EO molecules. Detecting device made of this kind of material with interdigitated coplanar electrodes has unique stability. The detecting efficiency can be enhanced by 80%, and the system bandwidth can be extend to 9THz.
