摘要
本文研究了了一种载频0.36THz、带宽参考值20GHz的高分辨力太赫兹线性调频系统,信号接收时采用去斜接收得到中频信号,理论分辨率可达0.75cm。给出了收发链路的设计方案,并对作用距离,发射功率,信号主要损耗,接收机灵敏度等主要参数进行了计算与仿真,对系统各功能模块进行分析,为系统的研发提供了参考。
A 0.36 THz radar system is designed and constructed in this paper,after reflecting,the received signal is de-chirped by a multiplier chain to get the IF signal.The range resolution of terahertz radar is about 0.75 cm with the operating bandwidth is 20 GHz.The results of simulation and calculation of main parameters(range,transmission power,main loss of signal and receiver sensitivity,etc.) are shown blow.This paper can provide reference to the next step of the research.
