摘要
设计了一款0.2THz波段频率扫描pillbox天线,包括频率扫描馈源和pillbox。频率扫描馈源采用矩形波导阵列激励角锥喇叭形式,pillbox则由平行金属板波导和偏置抛物柱面构成。仿真结果表明,馈源在0.186THz^0.203THz频带范围内可实现±20°波束扫描,且频带内驻波比小于1.6。结合平行金属板波导和偏置抛物柱面在两维方向上的波束聚焦,从而可实现点波束辐射且辐射点波束沿天线口面方向500mm长度范围平移电扫描。若将天线放置在升降平台上,结合平台的垂直向运动,可实现单通道低成本两维高分辨率太赫兹实时成像。
A novel frequency scanning pillbox antenna including the frequency scanning feeding part and the pillbox is designed in the 0.2 THz band.The feeding part is a pyramid horn fed by the rectangular waveguide arrays,and the pillbox is made up of the parallel plate waveguide and the offset cylinder parabolic reflector.The simulated results show that the feeding part has a beam-steering range from-20 degree to +20 degree and the VSWR less than 1.6 in the 0.186 THz^0.203 THz band.Combined with the two dimensional(2D) beam focused by the parallel plate waveguide and the reflector,the radiation spot beam of the antenna could translational scan along the pillbox antenna aperture over the range of 500 mm.The designed pillbox antenna can be located on an elevator,which can scan in the vertical direction to achieve low-cost and 2D high spatial resolution THz real-time imaging based only on a single transceiver.
