摘要
本文介绍了一种工作于Ka波段的宽带收发前端。其中发射支路输入信号频率为2.5GHz±0.5GHz,输出频率为35GHz±2GHz,发射功率大于33d Bm;接收支路输入信号频率为35GHz±2GHz,输出中频信号频率为10GHz±2GHz,接收增益大于33d B。本文提出该系统前端的总体设计方案,并具体分析,制作和测试了各部分的电路。
In this paper,a kind of Ka-band transceiver front-end with broadband is introduced.The input signal frequency of the transmitting branch are 2.5 GHz±0.5 GHz while the output frequency of the branch is 35 GHz±2 GHz and the transmitted power is greater than 33 d Bm;The input signal frequency of the receiving branch is 35 GHz±2 GHz while the output frequency of the branch is 10 GHz±2 GHz and the gain is greater than 33 d B.The overall design scheme of the system is proposed in this paper,the structure and circuits of each part of the transceiver front-end are analyzed concretely.
