Ka波段小型化低功耗多普勒探头关键技术研究

摘要 利用混合单片集成的方法,在Rogers 5880基片上设计了一款基于零中频架构的Ka波段小型化、低功耗多普勒雷达探头前端。该前端包括PHEMT振荡器、Ka波段单片放大器有源部件,以及混频检波二极管、wilkinson功分器、微带同轴过渡、矩形微带贴片天线无源部件。探头前端的电路和天线部分分别设计在金属圆盘正面和反面。测试得到输出频率34.64GHz、输出功率12.56d Bm,整个多普勒探头前端的功耗为250m W。对雷达散射面积为10cm2的金属物体,在10cm远处的检波输出电压峰峰值达到100m V,整个雷达探头集成于直径20mm,高度为6mm的圆柱腔体内。该设计实现了小型化低功耗的设计要求。 We design a Ka-Band miniature and low-power Doppler radar front-end based on Homodyne architecture in a Rogers 5880 substrate by hybrid monolithic integrated circuit.The front-end include a PHEMT oscillator,a Ka-Band monolithic amplifier and some passive components such as detector,microstrip divider,antenna and microstrip-coaxial transition.The circuit and antenna is designed on the upper side and the other side of copper disk respectively.The output frequency of the oscillator which includes an amplifier is 34.64 GHz while the output power is 12.56 d Bm,the power consumption of whole front-end is about 250 m W.When a metal object was moved towards or backwards to the radar in a distance about 10 cm with area of 10 cm2,the output peak-peak voltage of detected IF frequency is about 100 m V.The whole front-end is integrated in a cylindrical cavity with diameter 10 mm and 6 mm height,the front-end reaches the design requirement of miniaturization and low-power consumption.
