摘要
本文设计了一种采用波导混合环实现毫米波宽带功率分配/合成器。它是在基于微带环形电桥的奇偶模分析的基础上,用矩形波导代替微带线,实现了毫米波混合环,环路电桥的输入、输出端口均为BJ320波导。在传统的波导混合环上,增加了四分之一波长阻抗变换器,增加带宽。仿真优化结果,在33-37GHz频段内传输损耗小于0.5d B,所有端口的反射均小于-15d B。在33-37GHz频段内,隔离度小于-12 d B,尤其在34.5-37GHz频段内,隔离度小于-20 d B,表现出良好的隔离效果。
A kind of broadband power allocation/synthesizer with a waveguide hybrid ring was designed in this paper designs.It is based on the analysis of the odd and even mode of the microstrip ring bridge.The rectangular waveguide is used instead of the microstrip line,and the input and output ports of the hybrid ring are BJ320 waveguide.In the traditional waveguide hybrid ring,an increase of 1/4 wavelength impedance converter,increasing bandwidth.Simulation results showed that the transmission loss in the 33-37 GHz band is less than 0.5 dB,and the reflection of all ports is less than-15 dB.Especially in the 34.5-37 GHz band,the isolation is less than dB-20.Show good isolation effect.
