毫米波天线罩电性能自动测试系统集成技术研究

Research on Integration Technology of Auto-Measurement System for Millimeter Wave Radome

为解决毫米波天线罩电性能参数的测量问题,本文设计了分布式自动测试硬件系统,并对系统的主要指标进行论证,在解决了诸多关键问题的基础开发了系统软件,最终实现了毫米波天线罩电性能参数自动测试系统的集成。测试结果表明,该系统能对毫米波导弹天线罩瞄准误差、天线罩透波率、相位畸变、天线方向图等进行准确测试,这为毫米波天线罩的研制提供一个良好的测试平台。

To accurately measure the parameters of the millimeter wave radome electrical capability,a distributed auto-measurement system is designed,and the system main index is validated.The system soft is developed based on many problems is solved,and the millimeter wave radome test system is integrated.The test results show that the system can measure the missile’s direction finding error,transmissivity,phase distortion and the antenna pattern,so the system can provide a excellent test platform for the missile’s development..
