摘要
与传统的减速场能量分析器相比,新提出的可控聚焦型减速场能量分析器具有装配方便、绝缘性好、分辨率高和抗二次电子反射等优点。本文将其设计思路加工装配成实物并经过改装,使得新型探头同时具备测量行波管电子枪电子注参数和注波互作用后电子注的纵向速度分布的能力。然后,将新型减速场能量分析器装配到电子注测量分析系统,对毫米波空间行波管用双阳电子枪电子注进行测试,测得电子注包络、射程、注腰半径和截面总电流等参数与计算模拟和制管实测结果基本一致。
Retarding field energy analyzers with controllable focusing voltage(RFEA-CFV) are superior in assembly,electronic insulation,resolution and resistance secondary electron,compared with traditional probe.The article has finished processing and assembling of the new probe in accordance with the design though,then necessary modification has been done in order than the new probe has the ability to analyze the electronic beam of E-gun and measure the longitudinal velocity distribution of the electronic beam.Finally,RFEA-CFV is assembled on TWT electronic beam measurement and analysis system.Current density distributions,envelopes,radius of bean waist and total current of section of dual-anode E-gun used on millimeter wave space TWT has been measured and analyzed.The value of total current is basically in keeping with pipe measured.
