摘要
介绍了机电波导开关工作原理和设计方法。设计了一款工作于ku波段的小型化机电波导开关,分析了微波通道断开间隙、波导口错位对其高频特性的影响。实测结果表明,12.4GHz^18.0GHz频率范围内,插入损耗小于0.05d B,电压驻波比优于1.03,隔离度大于64d B。实测结果和仿真结果吻合。
The operation principle and the design method of electromechanical controlled waveguide switch is introduced. A miniaturized electromechanical controlled waveguide Switch at ku-band is presented.The influences of the gap of microwave channel and the misalignment of waveguide port on its high-frequency characteristics are investigated by simulation software. The measured results show that the VSWR of the switch is better than 1.03, the insertion loss less than 0.05 d B, and isolation better than 64 d B at the frequency 12.4GHz^18.0GHz. The measured results are in agreement with the simulated results.
