摘要
本文设计了一种新型宽带波导基片集成波导(SIW)过渡结构,工作于Ka频段,该结构通过基片与波导结构之间形成两个谐振腔进一步拓宽频带,增加了耦合效果。通过背靠背结构加工测试表明,该过渡结构相对带宽达到17%,在频带31.8-37.8GHz内回波损耗优于13d B,插损小于2.5d B。
A novel broadband waveguide to substrate integrated waveguide(SIW) transition at Ka-band is proposed. Two resonating cavities are employed to increase the work bandwidth. Experimental results show that a back-to-back configuration has an insertion loss less than 2.5d B and a return loss better than 13 d B,and a fractional bandwidth of more than 17% could be achieved.
